Bridal Skin Care

Tips and planning for making your day skin-clear!

Stress can be harmful

Unlike a lazy river, wedding planning can be stressful. To help avoid facial breakouts from ruining this special time, a good plan of action is needed.

1. Exercise. This helps to trim the body and increase circulation, which promotes healthy skin. It is also a time just for you.

2. Eat a balanced diet. Eating more fruits, veggies and whole grains are very important for maintaining good skin. Drink plenty of water as this will flush out toxins.

3. Schedule regular facials. Having a facial every two weeks will help skin be blemish-free. If a breakout happens, your skin care provider can give you treatments to help heal the skin faster than without using treatments. Use a prescribed skin care system at home; your skin care provider will give you the correct system for your skin type.

4. Avoid overexposure of sun; it is much safer to use a self-tanner. Sunburns will show in pictures.

5. Take time that is just for you to relax!
