The wraps are designed to detoxify your body so be prepared to drink plenty of water (about a gallon). This is not a water weight loss process. The treatment encourages your body to release some of its fat into the lymph system and be carried away through elimination.
What to expect:
First you will be asked to bring a bikini or change of underwear as the wrap covers you from ankles to neck. You will be wrapped with long cotton cloths that are soaked in a hot aloe and herb solution. The therapist will start the wrap at your ankles continuing to wrap your body completely to your neck.
Next, you will put on a plastic jump suit, which is designed to hold in heat, and rest on a massage table for about 40 minutes. During this rest time your therapist can give you a scalp massage or an express facial. Most people will lose 4 to 12 inches after each wrap.
It is recommended to have a wrap once every three weeks and can be done as often as once a week. Talk to your skin care therapist about the correct series for you. With diet and exercise you can have amazing results. You will look amazing in your wedding dress and your bikini on your honeymoon! n
