ECHO’s lakefront location, breathtaking views of the Adirondacks, 3 floors filled with sparkling aquariums, and elegant indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremonies, dining, and dancing, make it the most unique and memorable location around. ECHO’s innovative and elegant architecture can seat up to 170 for a plated dinner or 156 for a buffet. Up to 750 can be accommodated for a standing cocktail reception.
Located just one block from several premiere hotels, and walking distance from the Church Street Marketplace, ECHO is a premier lake aquarium and science center where the traditional reception is mixed in with the benefits of your own private tourist attraction. You and your guests will also feel good knowing your event’s actually helping the environment and community. ECHO is LEED certified, which means it’s designed to minimize water and energy consumption. Additionally, we encourage all our event partners to follow environmentally friendly practices. So, by hosting your event at ECHO you are actually reducing the impact your event has on the environment as well as helping provide our nonprofit with critically needed financial support to continue our mission, to educate and delight guests about the Ecology, Culture, History, and Opportunities for stewardship of the Lake Champlain Basin.
