Now featuring the jewelry stylings of Tristan Cornell
A visit to Stowe Gems is like a trip to jewelers row in New York City, a visit to a great natural history museum and finding your favorite new rock shop all rolled into one!
No matter your interests, Stowe Gems will probably have something to fascinate your senses and capture your imagination. Our collections range from handmade designer jewelry, to sparkling mineral displays, with some natural wonders for good measure.
Founded twenty eight years ago, Stowe Gems was begun with a simple concept, “Great Gems, Great Designs, Great Service”! We not only make most of the Jewelry ourselves, we also cut many of the gemstones we use in our designs. Being gem cutters enables us to bring to market rare and unusual gems, seldom seen anywhere else.
Imagine dramatic red and black Spiderweb Dinosaur Bone millions of years olds, several varieties of Gem Fossil Coral, new flashing multicolor Ethiopian Precious Opals set in original handmade jewelry.
Mellow Green Varisite from Utah has captured a new big fan base at Stowe Gems. This “new” rough was mined over thirty years ago. Today only limited quantities remain.
Fine quality gems abound at Stowe Gems.
No fine jewelry atelier would be complete without Diamonds. Our “Made by Nature” Diamonds are sourced directly from the Diamond cutters to ensure that the Diamonds we sell are not “picked over” before we mount them for you.
Our designs incorporate virtually every gem from Alexandrite to Zircon. Smoldering red Ruby is enjoying a new found popularity with fresh Star Ruby leading the pack.
Sapphire in Za rainbow of colors, not just soothing blues but hot pinks, canary yellows, and virtually all colors in between, mounted in an array of contemporary styles.
Stowe Gems fantastic collection of colorful Pearls will not go ignored either. Not just lustrous white Pearls but natural color Black Pearls from Tahiti. Peach, pink, chocolate and even lavender colors abound in a variety of shapes and sizes.
Sterling Silver jewelry is more popular than ever! Used alone or combined with 14K or 18 K Gold it is a fun and stylish way to enjoy new designs at a more reasonable price. Fully one half of our inventory is Sterling, ensuring a great selection.
With prices starting at fifty cents for a tumbled gem and a genuine Dinosaur Egg on display, Stowe Gems is also very “kid friendly”.
