Like most people, I get very bored of the traditional photographs with everyone standing straight and stiff, with awkward grins on their faces. No matter what the photographic situation, my primary objective is to help people feel relaxed, and free to be themselves in front of my lens. I especially enjoy capturing beautiful, natural looking photographs of people who tend towards being particularly camera shy. If I had to classify my style, I would say it is journalistic and artistic, with some traditional formals mixed in—I always pose shots to look as candid and natural as possible.

For weddings and special events, I am especially concerned with helping you to enjoy your day, as well as remember it. My goal is to be as unobtrusive as possible while still capturing the moments that matter. I make sure to learn what your desires are in advance so that I can optimize my ability to take the kinds of pictures you want to see.

One thing that sets me apart from other photographers, I believe everyone should have the right to do as they wish with their own photographs. For this reason, each package I offer includes high-resolution digital files of all photographs taken, as well as copyrights.
