OUR FORTUNE COOKIES
Put aside every experience you've ever had with fortune cookies, and take note: Like the original, which emerged during the Yuan Dynasty and evolved to its present form of the early 1900's, our fortune cookies are unsurpassed for flavor and function-- going far beyond what you've come to expect from those predictable cookies mass-produced since the mid-1960's. We consider our Fortunate Cookies to be the ultimate in thoughtfulness and good taste!
We have 4 VERSATILE SIZES! These are Sample(the size of an apricot), Standard( the size of an orange, and our most popular), Large(the size of a grapefruit) and Giant(the size of a cantaloupe). The Sample and Standard are eye-opening party and reception favors. The individual Large and Giant make outstanding gifts, centerpieces or gift basket focal points. All sizes can also conceal more than just a piece of pretty paper... for example: jewelry (engagement ring, etc.), tickets, currency, gift certificates... even unmentionables. Imagination rules here!
THE PROCESS, from scratch: We begin with a basic, hand mixed batter of the best in patience, kindness, granulated sugar, blended flours, fresh egg whites, sweet creamery butter, organic heavy cream, our own pure vanilla and coconut extracts(with no water added), salt and-- of course-- good fortune. We call that flavor KISS. From there, we get creative... or decadent! When unwrapped, each cookie fairly bursts with the aroma and freshness of just-baked goodness. CHOCOLATE HAZE: deep, dark and intense, with bittersweet and white chocolate, hazelnuts, blended and roasted cocoas, hazelnut paste and Frangelico*; CHOCOLATE LEMONADE:blond and sweet-tart, with white chocolate, fresh lemon curd, fresh lemon zest and powdered premium ginger... drizzled with more white chocolate; CONFETTI:a tropical escape, with toasted almonds, grated coconut, milk chocolate and fresh orange curd; GREEN MOUNTAIN MARBLE:a swirling vision in black and white, with a dark chocolate batter of blended cocoas and Vandermint* ... marbleized with KISS; PEACH MELBA: the classic dessert in a cookie, with fresh peach puree, seedless raspberry preserves and ground cinnamon; VERMONT MAPLE:from the heart of our state, with pure Vermont maple syrup and sugar, select walnuts, Calvados*, Vermont apiary honey and spices... dusted with more maple sugar and golden glitter; and VANZILLA:a heady delight, with sliced almonds, premium bourbon* and Madagascar vanilla bean.

*Liqueurs are nominally added to some of our batters to mature and maximize the flavor. Any adverse effects of the alcohol dissipate during baking.

PACKAGING: From exquisite materials, we glean the perfect presentation-- whether for 1 cookie or a multitude! Your order will arrive intact and well-dressed for the moment at hand. Fortune cookie prices include: printing of the fortune and a flavor tag(attached to the ribbon outside) on matching paper; clear or printed cello wrap; and a coordinating ribbon tie. These elements increase in size proportionally to the item or package, and we choose them carefully according to your preferences.
